Peerless-AV has hired Ryan Wilhelm as the company’s newest business development director for North America.

“I am very fortunate to have the opportunity to be part of the Peerless-AV team,” said Wilhelm. “Now more than ever it’s important to have open communication and the support structure in place to engage with different design partners, and helping to orchestrate all the moving parts with a collaborative approach will benefit the whole Peerless-AV team from sales and marketing to product management as well as OEM and channel partners.”

Before joining Peerless-AV, Wilhelm held a regional sales manager position at Unilumin. Prior to that, he was the business development manager for Sensory Technologies, a Diversified company. Both roles stand him in good stead to develop new and existing relationships with the architect and design (A&D) community through proactive communication of product availability and providing easy access to the best tools and materials, according to the company.

“Ryan’s extensive experience, strong technical knowledge, engaging personality, and passion for the dvLED industry make him the ideal candidate for this role,” concluded Nick Belcore, executive vice president, Peerless-AV. “We’re excited to have him on the team, and he will be instrumental in contributing to the growth of our brand and relationships with specifiers at a national and global level.”

Wilhelm will be based in Charlotte, NC.
