Zero Density Exhibits Traxis Camera Tracker at NAB Show 2023

At the 2023 NAB Show in Las Vegas, Zero Density exhibited its Traxis Camera Tracker, a tracking data hub for broadcasters.

Whether it’s for real-time election augmented reality graphics or a fully-fledged virtual studio, broadcasters increasingly need camera, lens, and talent tracking to seamlessly blend the real and virtual worlds together.  A lot of the time, however, camera tracking data is not accurate enough. On top of that, studio and lens calibration are often complex, cumbersome, and time-consuming. All this results in jittering graphics that break the illusion of a virtual production—something that can alienate audiences and negatively affect engagement in a broadcaster’s live show.

That’s why at this year’s NAB Show, Zero Density announced the new Traxis Tracker, a software platform that will make these problems a thing of the past. Traxis Tracker acts as the ultimate tracking data hub for broadcasters, so they can rely on accurate camera, lens, object, and talent tracking data that can all be managed in one place.
