Women in Consumer Technology to Host Annual Lunch at CEDIA Expo 2022
Women in Consumer Technology (WiCT) is hosting its annual CEDIA Expo Networking Reception and Luncheon on Friday, Sept. 30, at 11:30 a.m. Now in its 14th year, the event will open with a networking reception featuring a Bloody Mary and Bellini bar, followed by the luncheon and a panel discussion titled “The Leadership Challenge—Investing in Your People Is Good Business.”
The WiCT luncheon panel discussion will explore the value of investing in talent development and the return on investment it provides for companies in the consumer electronics industry. In addition, attendees will discover how utilizing a professional coach can take their careers, leadership, and lives to the next level. Panelists will share their personal stories in regard to these two topics while answering questions from the audience.
The session will be moderated by Becky Magnotta, MBA, PCC, CPQC, of Homestead Coaching and Consulting. Panelists will include JoAnn Arcenal, CTS, DSCE, COI, director of business development, Crestron Electronics; Tracy Christmann, director of marketing, Somfy; Norma Garcia-Muro, vice president of marketing, Kaleidescape; and Michelle Guss, vice president of hospitality, Crestron Electronics.
