Luminous XR has unveiled a new simplified content creation tool allowing creators to unleash their imagination and bring their ideas to life with speed and accessibility. The no-code virtual reality tool FLOW provides creators, developers, and enterprises with a seamless and efficient way of creating virtual, augmented, and mixed reality (VR/AR/MR), metaverse-style immersive training content without the need to be proficient in coding.

The no-code content creation tool officially debuted at AWE EU in Vienna last month. The tool with pre-build interactions can be used by anyone with basic Unity experience, empowering creators including 3D artists and level designers to build complex enterprise-quality, next-generation interactive XR training content effortlessly, without coding. The training content, which can be experienced through VR headsets, mimics real-world scenarios and offers an immersive learning experience—equipping employees with the hard-skills required while ensuring rigorous safety practices.

FLOW’s interface allows users—including game developers, in-house content creators, instructional designers, and learning and development teams at enterprises—to design immersive training modules of real-world scenarios without the need for complex programming skills. The versatile nature of FLOW can be adapted to create tailored content for a wide range of industries and training scenarios suited for industrial work environments.

Scenarios can be created for onboarding, safety training, technical training, troubleshooting, and collaborative work with multi-user functionality. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to create step-by-step procedural training. Additionally, the multi-language features, ability to create content across multiple training modes, and the capability to alter and update content with ease makes the tool user-friendly, agile, and adaptable.
