LAVNCH [CODE]: Why are you exhibiting at AWE 2024?

INÊS CADILHA: LusoVU has developed a disruptive technology named HIDO—Holographic Integrated Display and Optics. We can provide smart glasses with an ultra-wide field of view while still maintaining a slim form factor. We are at AWE 2024 to let the community know about our product and answer everyone’s questions.

LAVNCH [CODE]: What is one trend you expect to see at the show and why?

IC: We are expecting to see quite some buzz around the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies with spatial computing. AI is definitely one of the trendiest topics nowadays, and the potential for new use cases exploring AI and XR is endless.

LAVNCH [CODE]:Why should attendees visit your booth at the show?

IC: LusoVU is showcasing a hardware technology which is unlike the vast majority of solutions in the market and under research. In HIDO, both the display and the optical elements are directly embedded in the lens. We truly believe that we have the product that will finally take extended reality smart glasses to the everyday consumer. You shouldn’t miss this opportunity to see a disruptive solution!
