Entries are now open for the 10th Annual CODAawards, the program celebrating projects that successfully integrate commissioned art into interior, architectural, or public spaces.

Commissioned Art Matters—and the CODAawards celebrate this. The CODAawards program honors the individuals and the teams whose collective imaginations create the public and private spaces that inspire us every day.

Entries are reviewed by a jury of thought leaders in the design, architecture, and art worlds. The jurors evaluate each entry on three unique criteria across ten categories: the integration of commissioned artwork into site-specific projects, completed in the last three years;
the strength of the collaborative process among the creative teams, commissioners, and industry resources; and the ability of a project to blend the art and design seamlessly to create a place as art, rather than a place with art.

There will be one winner selected by the jurors from each of the ten categories. In addition, jurors may choose to award up to three merit awards per category. There will also be two People’s Choice winners selected by public vote. People’s Choice and juried winners will be notified the third week of August.

Each entry is $150, with a 20% discount available through April 15, 2022. The final deadline for entries is May 31 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Click here to enter the 2022 CODAawards.
