Enterprise VR Platform Remio Available on Meta Store

Remio, a virtual reality (VR) platform for remote team building and collaboration for global enterprise customers, is now available to download directly from the Meta Store.

Remio Virtual Reality Conference Room

Beginning today, January 26, companies from startup to enterprise can access the app for hosting large-scale meetings to intimate team-building games, from training exercises to social experiences, and immersive education to campus tours and much more. Starting today, remote teams needing a performance boost can inquire to Remio about joining connectivity Pilots in conjunction with its Meta Store app launch.

Remio says it emphasizes fun, puzzles, and games as a way to connect with co-workers and build employee engagement in the new remote and hybrid workplace. It also claims VR experiences can drive critical skill building, social emotional learning, and much more. A wide variety of interactive spaces in VR are available on Remio’s platform—like an escape room, a happy hour bar, and paintball—in addition to all of the standard VR collaboration tools like whiteboards, breakout rooms, and magical presentation rooms.

Available previously through AppLab, Remio claims it has hosted thousands of interactive experiences from its platform; the company also says its spaces are also “highly immersive and see higher than typical VR engagement with the average person spending 90 minutes in VR per session”. Additionally, the company claims users have high-fived each other in VR over 2.7 million times and revived teammates in Remio’s Paintball game over 17,000 times.
