NSCA has opened registration for the 2024 Business & Leadership Conference (BLC), which is set to take place Feb. 27-29, in Irving, TX.

“So much is changing for integrators,” said NSCA executive director Tom LeBlanc. “Artificial intelligence hype is omnipresent, customers are evolving, technology is becoming more mission-critical, and network-centric support is required to support these systems. What integrators do next will have a ripple effect for years to come. The Business & Leadership Conference will help industry leaders get ready for those next steps.”

At this year’s BLC, NSCA will honor the first recipient of the John Greene Mentorship Award. It will be granted to one individual who demonstrates a commitment to mentorship that would make Greene—an industry steward who had a passion for mentorship and professional development—proud. Applications are due on November 17.

Up-and-coming industry leaders who have never been to BLC are eligible to apply for a Randy Vaughan Founder’s Award to receive free BLC registration. To qualify, applicants must be in a management or decision-making role at a commercial integration firm. Applications are due by Dec. 15, 2023.

Attendees are also encouraged by NSCA to register for the annual NSCA Education Foundation Industry Charity Golf Outing at the TPC Las Colinas on Feb. 27. This event kicks off the Business & Leadership Conference every year and helps the NSCA Education Foundation raise funds for programs such as Ignite and PASS K-12.
