THE rAVe Agency and/or Futuresource Consulting will take all the necessary steps to ensure that the terms of service with third-party providers recognize that we are bound by obligations to protect the privacy of your personal information.

Retention Period:

The personal information data which Futuresource Consulting holds on its systems or database is kept as long as needed, the criteria of the retention period can be depending on the types of data and also depends on contractual obligations. Once a contract has completely expired with us, we will securely delete your contact information, including name, email, job title and country, once a period of three years has passed without any contact between the prospect (you) and Futuresource.

THE rAVe Agency holds personal information on its systems or databases as long as needed. If requested, THE rAVe Agency will securely delete your contact information including name, email, job title and country and any other information. Please email data@theraveagency.com for future information. 

Data Subject Right:

THE rAVe Agency and/or Futuresource Consulting are fully committed to fulfilling your rights and you are entitled to the following:

• • View or access your personal data which we hold about you on our records.
  • Rectify if there is a mistake in your personal data.
  • Restriction of processing of your personal data.
  • Stop processing of your personal data where we are processing based on a legitimate interest to send you marketing campaigns, information about product or services which we think is relevant to you.
  • Delete your data from our records.
  • Port your data into an electronic machine-readable format to yourself or for you to provide to other organizations.

If you are not satisfied with your response or you think that Futuresource is processing your Personal Data not accordance with Law you can raise a complaint to the Information Commissioner office (ICO) in addition to maintaining the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
