Girl Boss BONUS Episode: Understanding Personality Types for Increased Productivity and Success

On our December Girl Boss LAVNCH & LEARN discussing effective communication, the panelists discussed the DiSC profile assessment. So many of our attendees were curious about personality types that we enlisted Control Concepts’ Steve Greenblatt to do a deep dive into the subject. In this interactive session, we’ll utilize personality profiles to demonstrate the behavioral differences of the four main types of people and apply this knowledge to day-to-day business in the AV industry.

For this LAVNCH & LEARN, attendees will be asked to turn on their audio and video as active participation will be a large component of the session. Attendees will also earn 1 AVIXA CTS RU for their participation.

A Note About The Term Girl Boss:

We view using the term “Girl Boss” as taking our power back and owning it—not as something that’s demeaning
to the confident, strong and smart women in tech that are a part of our industry. We truly believe it can be a powerful term
when used by women who are labeling themselves as a force to be reckoned with within the working world.
