XRA Partners with George Washington U on XR White Paper

The XR Association (XRA) is partnering with the Digital Trade and Data Governance Hub at George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs to produce a white paper that will examine United States’ competitiveness in immersive technology.

XRA Partners with GWU on XR White PaperThe paper will delve into the important role extended reality (XR) will play in shaping and growing the next iteration of the internet and will highlight the implications for economic competitiveness and national security.

In addition to examining the progress made by other jurisdictions like the European Union, China, South Korea, and the United Kingdom, the research will also analyze the United States’ own advancements and provide recommendations for policymakers on how the U.S. can maintain leadership in the immersive technology industry.

The white paper is scheduled to be published in late Spring and will support XRA’s ongoing advocacy work to raise awareness of the importance of XR technology.
