Solotech Hires John “Jack” Steinhauer
Solotech has appointed John “Jack” Steinhauer to the position of vice president, global markets, Sales and Systems Integration. This newly created role, based in the U.S., is a pivotal leadership position in the Sales and Systems Integration Division, according to the company.
In his new role, Steinhauer will be responsible for overseeing the Global Markets Leader Program and business solutions for the corporate market and enterprises sector. He will assume responsibility for driving growth and profitability and spearheading strategic initiatives. Solotech claims that, with his proven track record of success, deep sales expertise and relationship-building skills in the AV industry, Steinhauer is the perfect fit for this position.
“We are excited to have Jack join our team,” said Philip Giffard, global president, Sales and Systems Integration Division. “His results-driven approach, leadership skills, and customer-centric mindset align perfectly with our vision for the systems integration team. We are confident that under his guidance, we will further expand our presence and deliver exceptional value to our clients.”
Steinhauer brings a wealth of experience in the AV industry to his new role, including several previous senior leadership positions. His expertise in developing strategic sales and marketing plans, along with his ability to seize new business opportunities, will be instrumental in driving Solotech’s growth, says the company.
“I am honored to join Solotech and help grow the Sales and Systems Integration Division in the U.S. and globally,” said Steinhauer. “I am excited about the opportunity to leverage Solotech’s industry-leading solutions and global presence to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. By focusing on customer-centric strategies and fostering strong relationships, we will continue to position Solotech as a trusted partner in the corporate and enterprises marketplaces.”
Solotech says Seinhauer’s work ethic and humble leadership style will be key attributes to the success of the Sales and Systems Integration Division’s objectives in the United States and globally. He brings an approach that will have the division thinking globally and acting locally.
The appointment is in line with the company’s corporate strategy of strengthening existing markets in the U.S. and expanding into new ones across North America and around the world.
