OpenEye Global Completes Icons of Horror Installation
A visit to Madame Tussauds in New York City on Halloween is a must to experience the latest attraction that brings you face-to-face with Warner Bros. Icons of Horror, with AV by OpenEye Global. Visitors take a journey down the dark halls to encounter moments with Annabelle and the nun from The Conjuring Universe, Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist, and Pennywise from IT in carefully-designed scenes that make visitors feel part of each horror film.

The famous Annabelle doll is set to frighten visitors at Madame Tussauds in New York City.
Each scene features a series of digital and audio effects designed by OpenEye Global that connects visitors to the moment. Whether it’s staring down Pennywise through the door’s keyhole or listening to the eerie sounds of the Nun, visitors will be left with chills and a sense of fear—not knowing what lies around the corner.
“We enjoyed collaborating with the design team from Warner Bros. and Merlin Entertainment in bringing to life characters from these iconic horror films that gave us nightmares growing up.” said Bryan Meszaros, CEO and founder of OpenEye Global. “It was a challenge to figure out ways to augment the design of the experience and incorporate key digital moments that would amplify the thrill for each guest.”
