Epson will be demonstrating its latest generation of compact, efficient, and ultra-lightweight 3LCD projectors at ISE 2022 in Barcelona—including what it claims are the the world’s smallest and lightest 20,000 lumen projectors.

The new solutions—along with various demonstrations—will be on display at Stand 3J100 in Hall 3.

“Epson is dedicated to meeting market needs with our latest generation of lightweight, compact high lumen projectors that will be shown for the first time at ISE,” said Mark Roslon, director of product management, Commercial Displays, Epson America, Inc. “We have listened to our customers and this latest generation addresses the needs of both fixed installation and rental and staging applications by including advanced capabilities, such as NFC functionality for faster installation and improved serviceability.”

Ranging from 13,000 to 20,000 lumens of equal color and white brightness,4 Epson’s new Pro Series interchangeable lens projectors will be on display at ISE 2022, including the EB-PU2220B and EB-PU2120W, which are 60% smaller and 50% lighter than their predecessors. With their largely reduced size and weight and advanced tool set that simplifies installation and maintenance, Epson says the new models offer significant advantages for the live events and large venue markets, including more efficient set-up, much lower power consumption, and potential savings in labor, storage, and shipping.

Epson will also be showcasing other projector solutions, including the EB-PU1000- and PU2000-series and PowerLite L-series laser projectors. The EB-PU1000/2000-series includes models ranging from 6,000 to 10,000 lumens and offers advanced installation features, 3-chip 3LCD for best-in-class color brightness and WUXGA resolution with 4K Enhancement Technology6to deliver crystal-clear, lifelike images for higher education, corporate, visitor attractions, and signage markets. The PowerLite L-series offer convenient, creative tools, and easy installation, according to Epson.

Additional solutions featured in Epson’s stand at ISE include:

• A professional display ‘laboratory’ where visitors are offered installation assistance to test out multi-projector set-ups, such as Epson Projector Professional Tool (EPPT) blending, EPPT stacking, and simple stacking
• An Immersive 360-degree video conferencing meeting space in partnership with integrator and software developer Igloo, demonstrating a new interactive virtual and physical meeting solution
• A high-end 4K home cinema room
• Easy-to-use, portable plug-and-play smart furniture for presenting and video conferencing in partnership with Artome
