Enterprise Connect AI, the two-day Summit to help IT leaders learn how artificial intelligence (AI) can help make their end users more productive, will feature a keynote presentation from executives at Deloitte.

On October 2 at 9:00 a.m., Deloitte’s Rohit Tandon, managing director, Lauren Littlefield, managing director and Vinita Kumar, business development, will present “The AI Advantage: Elevating Customer Interactions.” Together they will discuss reimagined customer journeys enabled by AI, the strategy and tactics to redesign service experiences for customers, and how AI will advance the service experience.

Tandon has extensive experience in applied analytics and AI, and aims to drive profitable growth for companies by helping them harness and leverage the power of data, insights, technology, and integrating it with process to help make it a part of the fabric of how a company operates. He heads the AI practice for Deloitte Consulting U.S. and is the founder and global general manager of Deloitte’s AI-as-a-service business, ReadyAITM, that helps companies accelerate and scale their AI journey. He is also the global lead for Deloitte’s AI Factory-as-a-service, a comprehensive bundle of AI managed services, integrating access to GPU hardware, AI software, third party data, and expert services to empower businesses with unparalleled capabilities in the world of AI.

Littlefield is focused on AI and data, specifically related to the application of emerging capabilities to enhance efficiency and experience in the service space. She has played a central role in the development of capabilities in the AI space and has a particular passion for development of talent and methodologies to support growth in this area.

Kumar is passionate about re-imagining the human experience, transforming businesses, and improving outcomes with AI. She is a leader in strategic business transformation and growth fueled by AI. She has a deep understanding of transforming enterprises, contact, and service centers as well as other business operations with technology and analytics across industries.

David Glick, SVP, enterprise business services of Walmart will also deliver a keynote.
