AVIXA will offer the CTS Prep course in-person for AV professionals September 24-26 at its headquarters in Fairfax, VA.

“Is it one of your goals to become a CTS holder in 2024? Many of your peers have found the CTS Prep course from AVIXA helpful in their exam prep. There is no better way to make the commitment than to take an in‑person course,” said association in an email.

The course will be held in a dedicated classroom space at AVIXA headquarters and students will prepare for the CTS exam by reviewing exam content and learning test-taking strategies—all while working collaboratively with classmates; it is a three-day instructor-led classroom course with eight hours of instruction per day, and may require additional evening work.

The course will be taught by Elizabeth Burnham, CTS-D, instructor/technical advisor for AVIXA and adjunct faculty at the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University. The course starts at $2,000.
