Cinepacks’ new LED volume features Absen PL Pro 2.5mm displays.

The virtual production stage, provided by LED manufacturer Absen, is a game-changer for filmmakers and video producers, providing a cost-effective and efficient way to create stunning visual effects without the need for traditional green screen technology.

Cinepacks offers a wide range of digital assets—including visual effects, transitions, and sound effects—designed to help filmmakers and video producers enhance their projects. With the addition of ARwall’s virtual production stage, Cinepacks can now offer its clients even greater creative solutions.

ARwall was approached by Cinepacks looking for a cost-effective solution for a new upgraded LED backdrop for in-camera effects. As experienced virtual production consultants, ARwall advised on the different options available regarding equipment, installation, and management of the stage.

“We’re excited to bring the team at Cinepacks an upgrade in display tech that improves color reproduction, cadence, and gives them that beautiful anti-glare matte finish so they can light to their heart’s content,” said Rene Amador, CEO and co-founder of ARwall. “Cinepacks has done some amazing work with their older LED backdrop, and we’re excited to help them in their journey to take their content to the next level.”

The virtual production stage boasts an Absen PL Pro 2.5mm, 30x12ft. This means that Cinepacks can create high-quality visual effects on the fly, reducing post-production time and costs while still delivering exceptional results, according to the company.

“We’re excited to work with ARwall and Absen, leveraging their cutting-edge technology and expertise to create immersive content,” concluded Andy Chen, co-founder of Cinepacks. “The virtual production stage has exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward to exploring all the creative possibilities it offers.”
