ArborXR Licenses its Tech to Power HP ExtendXR
ArborXR is licensing its technology to power HP’s new extended reality (XR) device management platform, ExtendXR.
This strategic collaboration allows HP to leverage ArborXR’s technology to help companies seamlessly scale XR deployment, all with HP global support and running on HP’s Horizon secure cloud infrastructure.
“We are excited to power HP’s new XR platform,” said ArborXR CEO Brad Scoggin. “By working together, ArborXR and HP trailblaze the enterprise AR/VR industry and make it easy for companies to scale XR deployments.”
ArborXR’s software allows organizations to manage augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) devices, deploy apps remotely, and lock down the user experience with a kiosk mode and a customizable launcher.
“With ExtendXR, companies can streamline the use of AR/VR devices and scale them quickly.” said Scott Rawlings, HP’s XR software and platform senior product manager. “ArborXR powers more than 350 customers in the space; the company’s expertise speaks for itself. We are proud to work together to offer an industry-leading solution that will soon be rolled out globally.”
By boosting ExtendXR’s capability to scale solutions globally, ArborXR is helping HP fulfill its mission to create technology that changes the world, according to the companies.
