MIT Reality Hack and Big Rock Creative, in partnership with sponsor T-Mobile, are set to host GLOW, an Auggies After-Party at AWE 2024. The event will take place on Wednesday, June 19, at 7:30 p.m. immediately following the AWE USA award ceremony.

GLOW is expected to draw between 1,000-1,500 attendees, ranging from XR enthusiasts to industry leaders, and will feature indoor and outdoor spaces for an evening filled with music, dancing, and interactive tech installations.

The ballroom will be cloaked in the mesmerizing 3D blacklight murals of artist Debi Cable 3D. Attendees will have the opportunity to indulge in a variety of flavors from several gourmet food trucks and enjoy drinks from two exclusive bars, with alcoholic beverages available for purchase upon presentation of a physical ID (food and beverages for purchase).

The event will be held at the historic Scottish Rite Cultural Center (855 Elm Ave, Long Beach, CA), which is a 20-minute walk or five-minute car ride from the Long Beach Convention Center. Guests are encouraged to dress in “funky fun” attire, with a preference for black light reactive clothing or anything that GLOWS, to amplify the night’s festivities.

Registration is free but you must be an AWE badgeholder and RSVP in advance.
