INFiLED has added Adam Coleman as director of technical services to its North America team. As a 25-year AV veteran with experience on the manufacturing, distribution, system integration, and end-user channels, Coleman was brought aboard to support INFiLED’s customers’ technical needs.

“I am very excited for the opportunities this new role will bring to both INFiLED and to myself. Over my career I’ve worked with many departments, groups, and needs, and I am eager to bring that together with the wonderful team at INFiLED and grow the business,” said Coleman. “I have a passion for organization, mentoring, and process design/implementation. In this new role I will lead the team which supports our customer’s technical needs and collaborate and work towards shared goals. I believe the customer’s experience when dealing with a manufacturer is critical to ongoing success and I am ready for the challenges to come!”
