LAVNCH is a membership platform made up of an ecosystem of content delivery systems that work together in a different approach to deliver new product launches, virtual events, webinars and more. LAVNCH, a talent of THE rAVe Agency, combines virtual events, press conferences, shows, meetings, webinars, community networking and a publication to grab the attention of LAVNCH members to deliver the content you care most about. 

This privacy policy sets out how THE rAVe Agency and its partners process personal information received directly from yourself (the member/attendee) or alternatively from third party sources.

If you submit a registration form or complete a form from the LAVNCH website or any LAVNCH event, THE rAVe Agency and its partners may collect the following information:

• Job Title
• Company
• Contact information including email address and telephone number and social media accounts. 
• Geographic information such as country or region.
• Demographic information including industry vertical interests and certification designation. 

THE rAVe Agency and/or its partners also collect personal data from our employees, LAVNCH clients and vendors.

THE rAVe Agency and/or its partners may also send you the surveys for research or customer service purposes, you do not have to respond to them.

THE rAVe Agency uses a third-party provider, Hubspot, to deliver our email campaigns. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any rAVe or THE rAVe Agency emails.

THE rAVe Agency will take all the necessary steps to ensure that the terms of service with third-party providers recognize that we are bound by obligations to protect the privacy of your personal information.

Retention Period:

THE rAVe Agency holds personal information on its systems or databases as long as needed. If requested, THE rAVe Agency will securely delete your contact information including name, email, job title, country and any other information. 

Data Subject Right:

THE rAVe Agency is fully committed to fulfilling your rights and you are entitled to the following:

• View or access your personal data which we hold about you on our records.
• Rectify if there is a mistake in your personal data.
• Restriction of processing of your personal data.
• Stop processing of your personal data where we are processing based on a legitimate interest to send you marketing campaigns, information about products or services which we think is relevant to you.
• Delete your data from our records.
• Port your data into an electronic machine-readable format to yourself or for you to provide to other organizations.
